In this role, you'll apply clinical expertise to guide platform features, validate nurse-focused workflows, and ensure our tools align with evidence-based practice and hospital needs. Partner with product, data, and customer teams to refine matching algorithms, enhance clinician experience, and advise on staffing solutions that improve nurse hiring, retention, and patient care outcomes nationwide in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
