Full time Position Summary Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Senior Epic Analyst

•Ambulatory Care, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. Work you'll do/Responsibilities This role is for Epic implementation work. Work will be remote most of the time but should be open to a potential for on-site should the client request that level of support. This is a very large implementation and build team for this work. This role requires a deeply experienced Epic analyst to work implementation, build and strong experience with SDLC for Epic.

Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions. Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.

Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.

Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements. Qualifications Required Active Certification in Epic Ambulatory, preferably with at least one specialty certification

5+ years of collaboration skills as this role will work closely with business partners throughout design and implementation activities.

5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience

5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support

5+ years analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skills

Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation

Demonstrative understanding of Change control processes

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
