Epic Clinical Documentation & OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst Location:
Hollywood, FL Onsite Requirements:
Fully Onsite (5 days/week)
Compensation Range:
$90,000+ base salary (flexible based on experience and certifications)

Introduction Our healthcare client is seeking an Epic OpTime + Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance Epic clinical applications with a dedicated focus on OpTime and ClinDoc. This role partners with technical teams and vendors to deliver system design, build/configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and upgrade support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Contribute to the design and upgrade of OpTime and ClinDoc to ensure current versions support clinical needs Document application data needs and business requirements for upgrades and development changes Conduct clinical workflow reviews and support system design activities for clinical documentation workflows Build, configure, and maintain moderately complex Epic applications supporting OpTime and ClinDoc workflows Test, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Support and mentor junior or associate application analysts as they develop skills in more complex systems Analyze operational data to identify workflow optimization opportunities Collect and audit information, analyze data, generate reports, and maintain documentation for program/application development Partner with other application teams and vendors to ensure upgrades and configuration changes are accurate and complete Manage application-related projects and support end users with virtual and/or classroom training Maintain knowledge of current operational workflows supported through OpTime and ClinDoc Support application activities including data archiving, security administration, and management of inbound electronic data Design and maintain report structures to communicate findings and identify improvement areas Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on Epic OpTime experience Hands-on Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) experience Epic OpTime/ClinDoc testing and troubleshooting experience Ability to support build/configuration, validation/testing, and day-to-day application support activities Strong documentation skills (requirements, workflows, and system changes) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Epic OpTime and/or ClinDoc certifications (may align to a more senior level compensation) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Mentorship or team support experience (supporting other analysts) #LI-KA2 #
