You'll apply clinical expertise to improve hiring workflows, guide evidence-based matching, and inform tools that help nurses find the right permanent roles. Partner with product, data, and customer teams to translate frontline realities into practical features, resources, and best practices that enhance staffing, nurse satisfaction, and patient outcomes nationwide in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Apply advanced practice clinical expertise to inform product features, workflows, and hiring tools. Collaborate with product, data, and customer teams to translate frontline clinical needs into scalable solutions. Review and refine evidence-based criteria used in matching clinicians with hospital roles. Provide clinical insight on staffing, retention, and patient care implications of new features and processes. Support development of educational and career resources tailored to nurses and other clinicians. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends affecting nurse staffing and outcomes. Partner with hospital clients to understand their clinical needs and optimize use of the platform. Contribute to best-practice guidelines and content that improve hiring efficiency and clinical fit. Advocate for user empathy, safety, and equity in all clinician-facing tools and workflows. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to continually improve clinician and hospital experience.
