Job Requirements Our Web & Mobile Applications team leads design, configuration, and optimization for Epic's MyChart, Care Everywhere, Haiku/Canto and EpicCare Link applications. We need an additional Application Analyst III focused on superior user experience for patients and leveraging these applications to enhance workflows throughout our health system. Applicants must have build experience in at least one of these applications. Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Maintenance Lead the design, build, and maintenance of MyChart, Care Everywhere, Haiku/Canto and EpicCare Link. Ensure optimal configuration of features like appointment scheduling, incoming referrals, patient messaging, billing, and proxy access. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate closely with other application teams, IT staff, and end-users to gather requirements and implement creative solutions. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and operational departments. Project Leadership Manage projects including quarterly upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integration with third-party systems. Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation. Training & Support Provide training and support to end-users and junior analysts. Resolve escalated Help Desk tickets and help develop training and processes to prevent reoccurring issues. Compliance & Security Ensure all configurations comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Monitor system performance and security protocols. Work Experience Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience required. Masters degree preferred. Additional Certifications may be required. Five years progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year performing programming or applications analysis, or equivalent, such as business analysis, is required. Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
