The analyst will lead Epic Cadence/Prelude build and configuration efforts, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support system upgrades and go-lives, troubleshoot application issues, and serve as a liaison between operational, IT, and third-party teams. This individual will also act as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, and help optimize revenue cycle and patient access workflows. Day to
Day/Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Epic Cadence/Prelude applications.
  • Gather requirements and develop functional/technical specifications.
  • Support Epic upgrades, implementations, workflow enhancements, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and incidents.
  • Analyze patient access, scheduling, and revenue cycle workflows.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, trainers, and third-party vendors.
  • Support go-lives, system upgrades, and end-user training efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with system configuration and change control standards.
  • Serve as a mentor and Epic subject matter expert.

Skills and Requirements Must Haves:
  • Active Epic Cadence AND Prelude certification.
  • 4+ years of healthcare industry experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Epic Welcome, Hello World, E-Signature, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE).
  • 4+ years of revenue cycle knowledge, including KPIs and process improvement.
2+ years of direct Epic and client-facing healthcare experience. Nice to
Haves:
  • Additional Epic certifications/badges in Welcome, RTE, and Hello World.
  • Deep expertise in Cadence, Prelude, Welcome, Hello World, E-Signature, and RTE.
  • Completion of Epic Continued Epic Education (CEE).
Strong understanding of revenue cycle policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
