This person works full-time to meet end-user needs and is a part of the Epic Training Team. This individual will work for post-live stabilization and optimization periods, will work ad hoc with departments in need of extra Epic support. This individual works in conjunction with leadership on rounding in departments to determine additional training needed and EMR efficiency needs. This individual will serve as a liaison to the end user and application teams to assure correct training is being completed.   • Proficient with Microsoft Products
  • Understanding of Epic/Mosaic Workflows Interpersonal Skills
