As a Sr. Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will partner with healthcare organizations to implement and optimize Baxter's Care Communications solutions, including nurse call and digital health technologies. In this role, you will apply your clinical knowledge to assess workflows, support system implementation, and guide organizations through the adoption of technology solutions that enhance communication and care delivery. Success is measured by the effective deployment of clinical solutions, customer adoption, and achievement of implementation milestones. Your Team You will be part of the Care Communications Clinical Operations team, supporting healthcare customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. The team works closely with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Engineers, Account Managers, and Care Communications leaders to deliver clinical technology solutions that support caregivers and patients. What You'll Be Doing Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate current workflows and technology requirements. Design and document clinical workflows for nurse call, messaging, voice, and digital health solutions. Lead clinical discovery sessions and workflow design workshops with healthcare organizations. Support implementation activities, including user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and launch support. Develop clinical documentation, executive summaries, and project deliverables throughout customer engagements. Provide guidance on clinical configurations and workflow optimization for Baxter Care Communications products. Support sales and service engagements through clinical product expertise and workflow consulting. Monitor customer adoption and support ongoing optimization initiatives following implementation. What You'll Bring RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical experience in an acute care environment. 3+ years of experience in an acute care hospital setting. Experience supporting clinical workflows and healthcare operations. Experience with healthcare technology implementations, clinical systems, or workflow improvement initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel. Must reside near a major airport. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
