Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Monday-Friday, primarily day shift. Position requires occasional early morning, evening, or weekend hours to support operational improvement initiatives, leadership meetings, Kaizen events, and project implementation across the market. Travel between assigned hospitals within the Wake Market is required as needed. Hybrid work may be available based on operational needs and leadership approval.
Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30 WHAT
YOU WILL DO
Responsible for leading and consulting on transformational Performance Improvement initiatives and projects that accelerate the achievement of results. Provides analysis, consultation, gap assessment, team facilitation and idea generation. Accelerates dissemination of successful practices and provides recommendations for organizational continuous improvement. Delivers results in practical, significant, and measurable methods/improvements. Leads complex and large-scale Lean Six Sigma Projects.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree required. Masters preferred.
EXPERIENCE
: Four years healthcare experience as demonstrated in at least one of the following: Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Radiology Technician, Laboratory Technician. Other experience in a related healthcare business setting Four years healthcare revenue cycle performance improvement as demonstrated in at least one of the following: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Four years healthcare technical experience as demonstrated in at least one of the following: EPIC Electronic Health Record, EPIC Prelude, EPIC Resolute, EPIC Clarity, EPIC Cogito or EPIC Cadence. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION and/or
REGISTRATION
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Maintains certification as required by certifying agency, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ). Tableau Desktop Certification or obtain within one year of hire.
