Join York General and help shape the future of healthcare technology! York General is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Epic Credentialed Trainer to support the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.

What You Will Do:
As an Epic Credentialed Trainer, you'll play a vital role in delivering and coordinating Epic education programs for staff and providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Utilize curriculum developed by Principle Trainers to deliver Epic training programs Facilitate training, competency validation, and end-user support Develop educational materials and eLearning content Administer LMS training functions Collaborate with leadership to promote effective adoption, optimization, and ongoing use of Epic applications
What You'll Bring:
Knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, Epic systems, Microsoft Office products, and relevant web-based technologies Strong customer service, training, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Ability to analyze and resolve problems, adapt to change, and effectively manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building positive relationships
What You'll Need:
Associate's degree in healthcare, health information management, business, computer science, education, or related field; Bachelor's degree is preferred Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of Nebraska A minimum of two years of healthcare, education, training, information systems, or related experience is preferred Experience facilitating adult learning, curriculum development, educational program coordination, or Epic/electronic health record (EHR) training preferred If you are a strong communicator who enjoys teaching, technology, problem-solving, and helping others succeed, we'd love to have you join our team!
