ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scanning in resident documents Updates room changes in our current electronic medical record program. Creating admission and readmission packets Admission packet Unit and Medical Records File Wrist bands Updating room change information Notify pharmacy of room/unit change Creating or recreating wrist bands Unit files updated and moved Updating resident discharge information Assisting DON with projects as needed Scheduling Dentist visits Scheduling Podiatrist visits Answering phones Faxing and accepting faxes from the Labs and all other contacts Picking up and distributing mail from Unit Collecting documents for scanning
