Hopewell Grove is seeking a Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator to help maintain accurate resident records while ensuring nursing staff have the supplies they need to provide excellent care. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and supporting both clinical and administrative operations. What You'll Do Medical Records Maintain accurate resident medical records Organize and file clinical documentation Ensure records are complete and up to date Process physician orders and medical documentation Assist with record requests and audits Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Coordinate documentation with nursing and other departments Support timely completion of required records Central Supply Maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies Order supplies as needed Receive and organize supply deliveries Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages Keep supply areas clean, organized, and secure Track supply usage and assist with cost control Ensure supplies are stored appropriately What We're Looking For Previous healthcare, medical records, or supply experience preferred Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Dependable and able to work independently Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is a plus Why Join Hopewell Grove?
