Position Overview
The Optime and Anesthesia Solutions Analyst on our Install team supports the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for our Acute Care member organizations. This role consults with members to provide full cycle build solutions that offer accurate, secure, and efficient patient care and provider workflows, medical and billing information for patient's providers and clinics, and usage of Epic front desk application and related ancillary services, with a focus on quality outcomes for our member organizations.
Essential Duties
Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements, while ensuring clear documentation for usability and future reference.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction.
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
