Floryn Mentorship Program:
A six-month small-group mentorship designed for final-year naturopathic medical students, residents, and early-career NDs (approximately 0-3 years in practice) with an interest in reproductive and hormonal health. This small-group mentorship is designed to bridge the transition from school to practice through real patient cases, clinical reasoning, practical treatment strategies, business guidance, and a supportive community of peers. Rather than teaching conditions in isolation, we focus on helping clinicians think through complex patients with confidence and leave each session with practical tools they can apply immediately.
Participants will receive:
  • Monthly live case-based mentorship sessions
  • Practical Clinical Takeaway Sheets with labs, supplement details and dosing, and clinical pearls
  • Monthly faculty sessions covering clinical and practice-building topics
  • Weekly Slack office hours for case discussion and individualized feedback and support
  • Access to a growing clinical resource library
  • A supportive cohort of peers navigating the same stage of practice
  • The founding cohort is intentionally limited to five participants to allow for meaningful discussion, personalized feedback, and strong community.
