As a Senior Central Monitor at ICON, you will ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through comprehensive monitoring and oversight.
What You Will Do:
You will lead on clinical trial monitoring tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting detailed central monitoring of clinical trial data to identify and address issues related to data quality and compliance. Collaborating with clinical teams to implement strategies for data management and resolve data discrepancies. Overseeing data review processes to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements. Providing guidance and training to clinical staff on best practices for data collection and reporting. Developing and refining monitoring procedures and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of central monitoring.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in clinical trial monitoring, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline Extensive experience in clinical monitoring, with a strong focus on data quality and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Expertise in data management and analysis, with proficiency in relevant software and monitoring tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to clinical teams.
