Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Epic Training Lead to lead training strategy, curriculum development, and deployment activities for a large-scale Epic implementation, migration, or transformation initiative. This individual will partner with operational, clinical, technical, and project leadership teams to develop scalable learning programs that prepare end users for system and workflow changes. The role will oversee training readiness, resource coordination, go-live preparation, and adoption efforts while leveraging modern learning approaches, including adaptive and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic training experience, program management expertise, and the ability to lead complex training efforts across large healthcare organizations.   •  Experience leading training for a large-scale Epic implementation, migration, consolidation, or transformation.
  •  Strong understanding of Epic end-user training and Epic-to-Epic transition considerations.
  •  Experience leading large-scale, role-based training deployment and training teams.
  •  Strong program management and stakeholder leadership skills.
  •  Epic Principal Trainer certification or equivalent Epic training leadership experience.
  •  Experience with adaptive learning, AI-enabled learning tools, or proficiency-based training models.
  •  Experience with Epic instance consolidation or migration of experienced Epic users to a new Epic environment.
  •  Experience in a large, multi-hospital health system.
