- FTE•1 •Job Description•General Summary•Performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, planning, coordination, consultation, design and collaboration related to the reporting and/or abstraction, quality assessment and analysis of data from sources such as health care information databases and systems including, but not limited to, the electronic health record (EHR) Quantros, GWTG Registries, PHC4 Web, Premier, Metrics Dashboard and publicly reported data and related websites.

Minimum Education:
- + High School Diploma or GED Required + Associates Degree Preferred or + Bachelors Degree Preferred
Work Experience:
- + 3 years Relatable experience in abstraction, data reporting, quality assurance and other forms of clinical information collection; including, but not limited to, clinical documentation improvement, regulatory, care management, healthcare auditing, etc. Required
Licenses:
- + Registered Health Information Technician Upon Hire Preferred or + Registered Health Information Administrator Upon Hire Preferred or + Certified Health Data Analyst Upon Hire Preferred or + Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Upon Hire Preferred or + Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Preferred or + Oncology Data Specialist Upon Hire Preferred
Courses and Training:
- + Licensure as a Medical Professional. Upon Hire Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Medical record review and reporting, abstracting & coding.
