at Insight Global in Lewes, Delaware, United States Job Description Job Description Our health system is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support and enhance population health initiatives through Epic Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and value-based care applications. This individual will be heavily involved in Epic build, optimization, upgrades, and project-based work while serving as a key liaison between operational stakeholders and IT teams. Responsibilities include application configuration, troubleshooting, workflow analysis, testing, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance of Healthy Planet solutions. The analyst will participate in strategic initiatives focused on population health, quality improvement, care gap management, and value-based care programs. This hybrid role is primarily remote but requires occasional onsite participation for upgrades, project go-lives, and other critical events. Based on similar Healthy Planet responsibilities and project work referenced in internal documentation, the role emphasizes Healthy Planet build, optimization, value-based care initiatives, upgrades, and cross-functional project leadership. Skills and Requirements Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification. 3+ years of Epic Analyst experience supporting Healthy Planet in a healthcare environment. Strong Epic build and configuration experience, including workflows, registries, care gaps, health maintenance, reporting, and value-based care functionality. Experience leading or supporting Epic upgrades, implementations, optimizations, and project-based initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Epic Compass Rose Certification or experience supporting Compass Rose. Experience with value-based care ( VBC ), population health, HEDIS measures, care gap management, or quality initiatives.
