Aurora, Colorado Epic Willow Analyst (Remote) Added 2 days ago Epic Willow Analyst (Remote) Epic Application Analyst - Pharmacy (Willow IP) Contract | Remote $55/hr + Benefits The Role This is a high-impact Epic Pharmacy role supporting critical clinical systems — focused on optimizing workflows, improving system performance, and ensuring reliable application support in a complex healthcare environment. You'll be working on real production systems that directly support patient care operations — not just maintaining tickets, but owning build, optimization, and problem-solving across the application. What You'll Do Lead Epic Pharmacy (Willow Inpatient Pharmacy) build, configuration, and optimization Analyze and resolve complex system issues — identifying root causes and driving solutions Design and implement workflows that align with clinical and operational needs Partner closely with clinical stakeholders and IT teams across the full lifecycle (design ? build ? test ? support) Support integrations and system updates, ensuring stability and performance Provide Tier 2/3 support and help troubleshoot high-impact incidents Act as a resource for junior team members and contribute to overall team capability What They're Looking For 5+ years of Epic application build experience Willow IP Certification (required) Willow Inventory (preferred) Strong experience supporting Pharmacy workflows and systems Ability to work independently and handle complex, ambiguous issues Strong Signals Background as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician Experience working in fast-paced clinical environments Ability to translate technical requirements into real-world workflows Experience working across upgrades, integrations, and vendor coordination Why This Role Work on mission-critical clinical systems High level of ownership and autonomy Opportunity to impact workflows that directly support care delivery Stable contract with strong team collaboration
