Epic Radiant Analyst

Job Description

Job Description Our client is seeking a senior Epic Radiant Analyst to support a variety of operational and project-based initiatives. This individual will assist with ticket resolution, upgrade activities, and smaller project efforts while existing team members focus on larger initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced Radiant resource who can quickly integrate into the team and work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities:
Resolve Radiant-related support tickets and incidents Participate in Epic upgrade planning, testing, and implementation activities Support enhancement requests and smaller project initiatives Troubleshoot workflow, build, and configuration issues Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders Document changes and participate in standard change management processes Provide production support and issue resolution We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.   • Experience supporting Epic upgrades
  • Certified in Epic Radiant
