We are seeking a Lab Supervisor/Manager for our client in Tempe, AZ. The position would require you to oversee daily operations of a Special Processes Laboratory specializing in gold and electroless nickel plating, ensuring compliance with customer, industry, NADCAP, and AS9100 quality requirements. The role involves managing lab personnel, bath chemistry, process control testing, and equipment maintenance, while leading root cause investigations, corrective actions, and audit support (internal, customer, and NADCAP). The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with 5-10+ years of experience in metal finishing, electroplating, or lab management, plus prior supervisory experience in a NADCAP-accredited environment; aerospace or semiconductor industry background and Lean/Six Sigma or NADCAP certifications are a plus.

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
