Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Lab Manager in the Greater San Jose Area. You will run the day-to-day operations of the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Hardware labs, own infrastructure, equipment, inventory, safety and facilities support across development and test spaces.

Additional responsibilities include:

owning the managing lab equipment (calibration, maintenance, repairs and vendor coordination), owning inventory and consumables (stocking, kitting, tracking, reorder and asset/shipping/receiving), running lab safety programs (ESF, chemical, PPE) and keeping compliance & training records current, coordinating facilities (power, network, benches, storage) as the lab footprint grows and setting up and reconfiguring lab spaces for new programs with engineering and AIT.
