BridGene is applying its IMTAC platform to discover druggable opportunities across the entire proteome. With IMTAC, BridGene is able to expand the therapeutic applications of small molecules drugs to a wider range of fields. We are seeking a recent graduate to join our lab operations team as a Lab Assistant/Associate. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a lab management or research support position. You'll work closely with our R D teams to help build a great, science-driven biopharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities Assist with compound and sample inventory, including storage, shipping, receiving, and proper documentation. Support TC room maintenance, including restocking supplies, waste disposal, and gas tank changes. Help maintain lab equipment, facilities, and supplies; assist with coordinating vendor orders, service, and repairs. Support experimental workflows, including cell culture and molecular biology as needed. Follow laboratory SOPs, biosafety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Assist with routine safety checks, audits, and training to help maintain a safe workplace. Help keep lab supplies, equipment, and workspace organized.
Requirements / Minimum
Qualifications B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field (recent or upcoming graduate welcome to apply). Coursework or academic lab experience involving general lab practices. Ability to lift and move laboratory supplies and equipment (up to ~25-40 lbs) as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience with some form of lab management during school (e.g., managing lab supplies/inventory, serving as a teaching assistant or lab safety officer, coordinating an undergraduate research lab). Hands-on experience with cell culture and other wet lab techniques. Familiarity with molecular biology techniques and sample handling. Exposure to lab management software or inventory systems.
