A community hospital near Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Laboratory Director to join its leadership team!
Pay:
$84, 300 - $163, 000 / annuallyLaboratory Director Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position Day shift schedule Up to 6 months of housing assistance provided Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs Leadership opportunity overseeing laboratory operations and personnelLaboratory Director Responsibilities:
Direct daily laboratory operations and personnel management Oversee hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Maintain quality control programs and regulatory compliance Delegate technical responsibilities while ensuring laboratory quality standardsLaboratory Director Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of MT/MLT experience required Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required ASCP certification as an MT or MLT required Previous laboratory leadership experience preferredThe Surrounding Colorado Community:
