Pay:

$84, 300 - $163, 000 / annually

Laboratory Director Opportunity:

Laboratory Director Responsibilities:

Direct daily laboratory operations and personnel management Oversee hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Maintain quality control programs and regulatory compliance Delegate technical responsibilities while ensuring laboratory quality standards

Laboratory Director Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of MT/MLT experience required Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required ASCP certification as an MT or MLT required Previous laboratory leadership experience preferred
