This position is a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing lab data processing, ensuring compliance with eDiscovery specifications, and managing a team of professionals within a legal and litigation support environment. Position Overview for the
Lab Manager:
Lead and supervise lab operations related to eDiscovery processing and productions Ensure incoming and outgoing data meet strict compliance and quality standards Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders across the eDiscovery lifecycle Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals to deliver accurate and timely results Maintain expertise in relevant tools such as Relativity and other litigation support platforms Requirements for the
Lab Manager:
5+ years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support, including processing, QA, and data analysis 2+ years managing or supervising an eDiscovery team Strong knowledge of EDRM models and data workflows Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead daily lab operations What's in it for you?
