Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with general dentists, specialists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and DSOs throughout South Florida. Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. Present and promote dental laboratory services, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant restorations, and digital dentistry solutions. Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve sales goals. Represent the company at dental industry events, networking functions, and educational meetings. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience. Experience in the dental industry strongly preferred. Experience selling dental laboratory services, dental implants, dental equipment, medical devices, or healthcare solutions is highly desirable. Proven success in business development and account management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
