We are hiring the founding team that will validate its methods, write its quality system and take it through

accreditation. The lab is not yet accredited; accreditation is a goal for this team. The lab name is shared with shortlisted candidates.

You will:

Write the quality manual, SOPs, document control and records system to

ISO/IEC 17025

2017. Plan and sign off method validations: selectivity, LOD/LOQ, accuracy, precision, measurement uncertainty. Choose the accreditation body and LIMS; run internal audits, management review and proficiency testing. Hire, train and authorize the chemists, technician and microbiologist. Approve and sign client reports; set turnaround and capacity plans.

You bring:

MS or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry or a related science. 8+ years in an accredited testing lab, 3+ years supervising analysts. Has led or co-led at least one

ISO/IEC 17025

assessment. Hands-on LC-MS/MS or elemental analysis; food, supplement or pharma matrices preferred.
