Pharmacist Lab Manager We're hiring a Pharmacist Lab Manager in Tampa, FL — $135K-$150K, plus the chance to help shape compounding standards across a growing dermatology pharmacy group. The Opportunity The Pharmacist Lab Manager is a licensed pharmacist responsible for day-to-day operations of our non-sterile compounding lab while also providing backup support for overall pharmacy management. 75-80% of your time: Overseeing compounding operations (hazardous & non-hazardous). 20-25% of your time: Supporting and stepping into pharmacy management when needed. This role reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager and receives functional guidance from the Lead Lab Manager, who sets lab standards and best practices enterprise-wide.

What You'll Do:

Lead non-sterile compounding operations under USP <795> and <800> Design and refine lab workflows with our Lead Lab Manager to hit goals like Same-Day Out and Fast Movers Approve formulations, master batch records, and beyond-use dating Verify prescriptions and oversee dispensing Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians in the lab Serve as primary backup to the Pharmacy Manager, stepping into full pharmacy oversight when needed

What You Bring:
