A hospital outside of Warner Robins, GA is seeking an experienced laboratory professional to lead operations. Position Highlights Full-time leadership position Lead day-to-day laboratory operations and technical services Strong focus on Blood Bank operations Oversee quality, regulatory compliance, accreditation & competency Support process improvement and strategic initiatives Coach, develop, and support laboratory staff Collaborate with laboratory leaders across multiple locations What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent MLS (ASCP BOC), MT (ASCP), or equivalent certification At least 3 years of technical laboratory experience 5+ years preferred , particularly in Blood Bank Previous laboratory leadership experience Knowledge of CAP, regulatory requirements, quality processes & policy development Strong communication, organization, and people skills Sound like this could be a good fit for you?
