$46.05 - $61.02 per hour Job Description Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Manager (RN) Opportunity - Rockford, IL Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift (40 Hours/Week) A leading healthcare organization in Rockford, IL is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Manager (RN) to lead a growing procedural services department. This full-time leadership opportunity offers competitive compensation, outstanding benefits, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment . This role is ideal for a dynamic nurse leader with Cath Lab and/or Neuro Interventional Radiology experience who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and expanding cardiovascular and interventional services. Position Overview Permanent, full-time leadership position Day shift (40-hour work week) Manage the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology departments Partner with physicians, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic growth Lead a fast-paced, high-volume procedural services department focused on quality, innovation, and exceptional patient care Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $46.05 - $61.02 per hour (based on experience) $15,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) Comprehensive benefits package Leadership development and career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology departments Partner with the Director to support departmental growth and service line expansion Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture focused on teamwork and excellence Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing clinical teams Lead operational improvement and quality initiatives Manage department budgets, staffing, productivity, and performance metrics Foster strong relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and patient safety Drive innovation by improving workflows and implementing best practices Lead through change while maintaining high employee engagement and patient satisfaction RequirementsEducation Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master's degree preferred Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of Supervisor-level or higher leadership experience required Cath Lab and/or Neuro Interventional Radiology experience required Leadership experience within Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or another procedural services environment preferred Demonstrated success leading operational improvements and quality initiatives Experience managing budgets, staffing, productivity, and departmental performance metrics Knowledge of cardiovascular and interventional procedural workflows, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing engaged teams Licensure & Certifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Illinois RN license preferred (facility will wait for the right candidate to obtain Illinois licensure) BLS Certification (Required) ACLS Certification (Required) NIHSS Certification (Required) Department Details 5 procedural suites High-volume, rapidly growing department Average daily procedural volume:
