Job Description
Position Summary The Laboratory Team Lead is responsible for leading Laboratory staff and supporting Laboratory management. This includes managing the staffing schedule and completion of work, resolving problems and assisting staff with questions, as well as responding to Customer questions. The Team Lead performs employee on-boarding and training duties, monitors the work of staff and conveys feedback. In addition, the Team Lead is responsible for performing routine production work analysis of results, overseeing inventory, and gathering and communicating metrics. This is a Monday-Friday day shift position.
