  • Brooklyn Park, MN Saint Therese Oxbow webpage Part-Time |
Home Health Aide Currently Available Shifts and Schedules:
  • 2:30 p.m
  • 10:30 p.m. (15 hours per pay period, one Saturday and one Sunday)
  • Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.
Pay Range:
$19.20
  • $25.
91 per hour (based on experience)

  • Assist residents as a caregiver with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
  • Support medication administration in accordance with training, policies, and resident care plans
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff
  • Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system
  • Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to support residents' overall well-being
  • Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care
  • Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for those we serve
Qualifications:
Education Preferred:
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or caregiver
Preferred:
  • Experience as caregiver in assisted living, memory care, or senior living environments Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope
  • Strong reliability and professional work habits
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to document care accurately and timely
  • Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative approach
