About this position The Manager, Cardiac Catheterization Lab provides operational and clinical leadership for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories and associated invasive/noninvasive procedural areas. This role is responsible for staffing, throughput, patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, fiscal stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required Bachelor's degree in health care, management, or nursing required Master's Degree preferred Experience Experience At least seven (7) years of work experience in cardiovascular procedural and surgical areas At least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Salary Range:
R39 ($74.81 - $93.52), based on experience
Shift Differential:
Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
