What You'll Do As the ASED Laboratory Supervisor, you'll be a working leader responsible for both daily laboratory operations and team development. Supervise daily laboratory operations and workflow to ensure efficient processing, balanced workloads, and smooth day-to-day operations. Coach, train, and develop laboratory staff through hands-on support, mentoring, and ongoing training. Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance standards while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to laboratory procedures. Support staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to maintain operational readiness and meet production goals. Drive and support process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance. What You'll Bring 1+ years of experience in a laboratory, hospital, specimen processing, blood banking, biologics manufacturing, tissue banking, surgical, or other regulated medical environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting Supervisory, lead, training, or team development experience preferred Experience with aseptic technique and clean room practices preferred Who Thrives in This Role?
