What You'll Do Support the team directly by working alongside employees, providing real-time coaching, and helping resolve operational challenges. Coach, develop, and support employees through training, one-on-one meetings, team huddles, performance feedback, and ongoing skill development. Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting regulatory requirements, and promoting adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices. Drive operational excellence by managing schedules and staffing needs, monitoring inventory, supporting process improvements, and partnering with leadership to enhance team performance and efficiency.
