What You'll Do Support the team directly by working alongside employees, providing real-time coaching, and helping resolve operational challenges. Coach, develop, and support employees through training, one-on-one meetings, team huddles, performance feedback, and ongoing skill development. Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting regulatory requirements, and promoting adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices. Drive operational excellence by managing schedules and staffing needs, monitoring inventory, supporting process improvements, and partnering with leadership to enhance team performance and efficiency. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a leader who: Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships through active listening, collaboration, and a team-first approach. Enjoys coaching and developing others by providing guidance, support, and accountability to help team members succeed. Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Brings experience in laboratory, biologics, medical, surgical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments; experience working with aseptic technique, sterile processes, or clean-room operations is a plus.
