Role Overview:

This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in an outpatient Cardiac Cath Lab, requiring nursing licensure and leadership experience . The role involves Managing staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development Overseeing patient care, ensuring interventions align with patient needs, and documenting appropriately Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes Ensuring staff productivity and supporting departmental goals Performing payroll, staff scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2-5 years of nursing experience; preferred 5-10 years Experience in telemetry monitoring required; cardiac cath lab experience strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills, with at least < 2 years supervisor experience preferred Ability to work safely and maintain alertness
