Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- The Manager's responsibilities will include both technical and supervisory duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- + Expert in all aspects of denture fabrication, including, but not limited to, setting teeth, denture wax-up, including festooning and carving of teeth, rough and fine finishing and repairs, pouring and trimming denture models + A strong work ethic, proven leadership ability, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills + Expected to understand OSHA protocol + Willingness to cross-train lab team members in all areas of the lab + Other duties as assigned •
Educational Requirements:
- + High School Diploma
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- + Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and relationship-building skills + Superior written and verbal communication skills + Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology preferred + Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs + Competitive spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed goals + Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday, during the business hours of the lab and practice + Significant employment experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
