Full-Time About NB Diagnostic NB Diagnostic is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Outreach Manager

•Clinical Laboratory Operations & Business Development to lead physician outreach, develop strategic healthcare relationships, support field operations, and drive continuous improvement. This is a leadership role for an experienced clinical laboratory professional who understands both laboratory operations and physician outreach . The Outreach Manager will serve as a key liaison between NB Diagnostic's Outreach division, physicians, clinicians, health system partners, clients, and internal teams. The successful candidate will help grow NB Diagnostic's outreach business while improving service delivery, operational efficiency, technology utilization, and the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities Physician Outreach & Business Development Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, clinicians, medical practices, healthcare providers, and health system partners. Lead physician and healthcare-provider outreach initiatives to increase awareness and utilization of NB Diagnostic services. Identify, develop, and maintain new business and referral opportunities. Conduct regular in-person visits with physician offices, medical practices, healthcare facilities, and health system partners. Serve as a key liaison between the Outreach division and internal and external customers , ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare organizations. Represent NB Diagnostic professionally at physician meetings, healthcare events, and community activities. Gather feedback from physicians, clinicians, and health system partners to identify opportunities for improving service and customer satisfaction. Monitor outreach performance and work toward established business development and relationship-building goals. Clinical Laboratory Outreach & Field Operations Support and oversee day-to-day outreach and field activities. Collaborate with clinicians, laboratory operations, internal stakeholders, and health system partners to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with mobile phlebotomy teams and other field personnel to support efficient, high-quality service delivery. Support the onboarding and implementation of new physician and healthcare partners. Work closely with laboratory operations and internal teams to address client needs and resolve service-related concerns. Identify operational challenges affecting physician offices, clients, field teams, or service delivery and coordinate appropriate solutions. Ensure outreach activities align with NB Diagnostic's operational and customer-service standards. Technology, Automation & Digital Transformation Support the implementation, optimization, and effective utilization of key systems, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and routing/logistics tools . Drive the adoption of automation and digital tools to improve client onboarding, communication, workflow efficiency, and the overall service experience. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline outreach operations and improve visibility into client and field activities. Collaborate with internal technology, operations, clinical, and logistics teams to implement system and workflow improvements. Evaluate existing technology and workflows and recommend opportunities for increased efficiency and automation. Support effective adoption and utilization of new systems and digital tools by outreach and field teams. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational quality, efficiency, and consistency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline outreach workflows and reduce unnecessary administrative processes. Analyze existing outreach and operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Improve processes related to client onboarding, physician communication, scheduling, routing, logistics, and service delivery. Develop and implement standardized workflows and best practices across outreach activities. Monitor the effectiveness of new workflows, systems, and processes and recommend additional improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root causes of operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, and customer service. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide leadership, direction, and support to outreach and field teams. Establish clear expectations, workflows, and performance standards for outreach activities. Support training, development, and onboarding of outreach team members. Collaborate effectively with clinicians, laboratory operations, logistics, technology, leadership, and other internal departments. Serve as a trusted partner to external physicians, healthcare organizations, and health system stakeholders. Communicate operational and client feedback to leadership and appropriate internal teams. Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning and implementation through completion. Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Leadership experience in clinical laboratory operations with demonstrated outreach leadership experience. Experience with mobile phlebotomy teams preferred. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, medical practices, clinicians, healthcare organizations, and health system partners. Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations, healthcare workflows, and physician outreach. Experience with LIS, CRM, routing/logistics, or other healthcare technology platforms preferred. Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives. Experience supporting client onboarding and service delivery processes. Strong business development and relationship-management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external health system partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects from implementation through completion. Ability to work independently while effectively leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on improving the client and physician experience. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for physician and healthcare-facility visits. This individual should be comfortable working directly with physicians and health systems while also understanding the operational requirements behind clinical laboratory outreach, mobile phlebotomy, logistics, client onboarding, and service delivery.
