Schedule:

Monday-Friday, five 8-hour day shifts with a flexible 7:00-9:00 AM start.

What We're Looking For:

Active New Jersey RN license Current BLS certification Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field 5+ years of Cath Lab and/or EP experience 5+ years of nursing management experience Experience leading a high-volume Cath/EP program with 4-5 labs Experience with high-risk/critical cardiac patients

The Role:

Lead daily Cath Lab and EP operations, including staffing, workflow, patient throughput, team development, quality improvement, compliance, budgets, and collaboration with physicians and hospital leadership.

Pay:

$105/hour Estimated $4,200 gross per week based on 40 paid hours. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with the opportunity to transition into a permanent leadership position.
