Key Responsibilities Manage the daily procedural schedule — case sequencing, on-time first starts, room turnover, and same-day add-ons Supervise the OBL team: staffing, scheduling, onboarding, competency tracking, PTO coverage, and evaluations Own inventory and implant accountability — par levels, expirations, consignment reconciliation, lot/UDI tracking, and vendor negotiations Maintain compliance programs: radiation safety, sterile processing, infection control, emergency readiness, controlled substances, OSHA/HIPAA Ensure pre-procedure readiness — authorizations, labs, anticoagulation holds, consents, and sedation transport confirmed before the day of Track and report case volume, room utilization, cancellations, complications, and supply cost per case Partner with prior authorization, scheduling, and referral teams to keep the procedural pipeline full and accurate Support accurate charge capture and reconcile procedure logs against billing Qualifications 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a surgical, procedural, or office-based lab setting — OR, ASC, cath lab, interventional radiology, endoscopy, or OBL Working knowledge of procedural workflow, sterile technique, and surgical/interventional supply and implant management Proven ability to manage staff, schedules, and vendors in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong operational reporting skills — comfortable with spreadsheets, metrics, and process documentation Current BLS (or willingness to obtain) A clinical license is not required for this role. Preferred Prior experience in an office-based lab or ASC, ideally physician-owned Familiarity with peripheral vascular procedures, embolization, superficial venous work (RFA/laser, sclerotherapy), or device implants Experience with accreditation surveys, quality registries, or standing up a new procedural suite Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
