Job Description

Clinical Laboratory Phlebotomy Supervisor Lead a team that plays a critical role in patient care and laboratory excellence. As the Clinical Laboratory Phlebotomy Supervisor, you'll oversee operations across multiple phlebotomy locations, support staff development, and help ensure outstanding service for patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support phlebotomy staff across multiple patient service centers. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members. Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards. Address operational challenges and support continuous improvement efforts. Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and patients by serving as a knowledgeable resource. Regularly visit patient service centers to support staff and optimize operations.
Qualifications:
An associate's degree and at least four years of clinical laboratory experience, or related field (phlebotomy, specimen receiving), OR HS Diploma and six years is required. At least one year of supervisory experience is required. Phlebotomy certification or CLT license required. EPIC knowledge is preferred.
