White Plains, NY Salary:
$114,328.50•$147,088.50 Our client is seeking an Assistant Laboratory Supervisor for the night shift to oversee lab operations, ensure quality testing standards, and lead laboratory staff. What you'll be doing: Supervise lab testing and train/assist laboratory staff. Oversee the Quality Control Program and prepare monthly QC reports. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory/accreditation standards. Monitor turn-around-time and troubleshoot instrument issues. Manage payroll, scheduling, and interview prospective candidates. What you'll need: Minimum 4 years of experience as a clinical laboratory technologist. BS degree in Clinical Technology or related science required. 4-6 years of relevant hospital experience required. Clinical Lab Technologist license (New York State) required. ASCP Histotechnician certification preferred. What's in it for you:
