We're seeking a passionate Nurse Manager for our Hospital Cath Lab to enhance patient care with clinical excellence and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Cath Lab nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to support professional growth. Oversee daily operations in a 24/7 hospital environment, ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling, and effective resource utilization. Support unit-level budgeting, payroll, and resource planning; translate organizational goals into operational action plans. Partner with physicians, cardiology specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and coordination across hospital departments. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (at time of hire) and current BLS certification. Minimum 3 years of experience in patient care delivery. Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical healthcare or business operations. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports). Preferred Experience in Cath Lab, interventional cardiology, or cardiovascular services.
