• Responsibilities:
• + Provides technical and regulatory oversight for the Point of Care (POC) testing program across BayCare's ambulatory settings + Ensures high-quality patient testing through compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP.

..), staff training and competency, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.

+ Collaborates with laboratory leadership, ambulatory leadership, providers, nursing, vendors and other interdisciplinary teams to support safe, accurate, and efficient POC testing services.

+ Assists with special projects and other duties assigned by the Scientific Director in support of organizational priorities.
