We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Scientist I to play a vital role in clinical and medical research, supporting critical studies that drive innovation and patient care. What You'll Do:
Conduct clinical and medical research studies with attention to detail and accuracy Analyze clinical trial data and contribute to scientific publications Ensure all work complies with medical research regulations and safety standards Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals and research teams to support study goals Assist in the development of new drugs and therapies by providing high-quality laboratory insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS) or related field 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in team environments Knowledge of laboratory best practices and familiarity with clinical research protocols Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with histology or Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Certification as a Histotechnologist (HT or HTL) Previous exposure to clinical trials or drug development projects
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences discipline 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience, with preference given to those with histology or IHC expertise Certifications or training related to histotechnologist roles are highly desirable
Additional Requirements:
