•We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) for one of our hospital clients, Pay rate: $56/hr

Job Location:

Arcata, CA 95518

Shift:

8-hr.

day shifts No of weeks:

13 weeks + extendable Guaranteed hours: 40 hours a week

Requirements:

Current, active California CLS or MLS license Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience CLS Generalist experience preferred Extensive QC experience preferred

Potential housing options are available in Arcata, Eureka, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Westhaven, Samoa, and Fortuna , generally within a 20-30-mile radius of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

Perform clinical laboratory testing across multiple laboratory departments as a CLS Generalist . Process and analyze patient specimens accurately and efficiently. Perform quality control (QC) procedures and monitor test performance. Review QC results, identify trends or issues, and take appropriate corrective actions. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
