Immediate Opportunity - Apply Today We are actively hiring a Medical Technologist / MLS to join our clinical team ASAP . If you are licensed in Florida and ready to work, we want to speak with you immediately. This is a hands-on, fast-paced lab role where you will work across multiple disciplines and play a critical role in patient care. What You'll Do Perform testing in: Chemistry Hematology Serology Urinalysis Microbiology Run and monitor QC (Quality Control) and ensure accuracy Troubleshoot lab instruments and resolve issues quickly Perform phlebotomy as needed Maintain CLIA compliance and lab standards Ensure all patient results meet accuracy and quality expectations Support inventory, supplies, and lab operations Requirements (Must Have) Florida Laboratory Personnel License OR ASCP Certification (REQUIRED) Bachelor's OR Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related science Minimum 1 year of lab experience Experience with phlebotomy and lab instrumentation Ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to lead and manage phlebotomy operations, ensuring efficient workflow, staff accountability, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. An Active Florida Clinical Laboratory Personnel License is required.
