Desired Qualifications:

Certification as a Medical Technologist from ASCP, AMT, or AAB (required) Active State of Florida laboratory license College diploma or official transcripts verifying completion of an accredited science-based program Previous experience functioning as a well-rounded generalist in a clinical laboratory setting Strong analytical skills and proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and testing protocols Adaptability and readiness to work independently on overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:
