Job Description

Join our team as a Team Lead MLS overseeing daily lab operations while performing high-complexity testing and driving quality, efficiency, and team performance. Ideal for experienced technologists ready for leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for experienced MLT/MLS professionals looking to step into (or grow within) a leadership position while continuing to apply their technical expertise. You will lead by example, performing and overseeing complex testing across multiple laboratory disciplines while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. In addition to hands-on bench work, you'll guide daily operations, mentor and train staff, and support their development through onboarding and ongoing education. The position also involves driving process improvements, maintaining compliance and quality standards, managing equipment performance and inventory, and updating procedures to support best practices. This is a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in the community while expanding your leadership skills and helping shape a high-performing laboratory team.
